  Unreal - I called because I had to return an 8x10 rug and needed help packaging - no problem they said. Get there, can’t do it. Too hard or whatever. Unbelievable I don’t know how these places stay in business and make any money whatsoever!! The lady’s name Shelly, the manager, offered zero suggestions for how I could get this done. Must have talked to the other UPS store in Yulee

  This store is conveniently located near a Publix. They can print, fax, shred, and ship, just to name a few things. Their staff is great. I recently was in to make an Amazon return, Lex was friendly and helpful! I also like that it is veteran owned. Will definitely be back. 100/10!!

  Poor service. Afternoon crew of two males are awful to deal with. Stop here constantly for work shipping with one day overnight, already paid for and labeled in most circumstances. Not worth the headache or attitude. Also, a franchise not a full store. Refuses to ship firearms parts back to manufacturer, not a functioning firearm, nothing more than a piece of metal.
