  This first time I have been completely satisfied with the customer service at any business. Donita (excellent). Devon and Charles are exceptionally knowledgeable and present their customers with kindness. I would suggest their service with customer service be recognized for their valued as UPS employees.   They don't open on time. Store is supposed to open at 8:30am and I am still sitting in my car, waiting for store to open. The store eventually opened at 8:58am. This has happened several times.

  Devon was such a huge help to me. I had many returns which some I enter incorrectly. He was so kind and patient with me and provided excellent customer service. The entire staff at this location always goes above and beyond!
