  The driver never knocked on the door and when called customer service they treat me so badly I asked for supervisor they had me on hold for over an hour and they never answer some service y'all are

  Let me begin by saying that we older people often need help with technology. Based on past experience with this store I knew just where to go when I recently needed help. Alyssa was very patient and approachable and gave me just the help I needed, all with a smile on her face. I know where she can always go when I need services they offer. They are conveniently located and reasonably priced.

  Katie was AMAZING! I had set up my Amazon return incorrectly. The fella that first waited on me told me that I could cancel the return and recreate it. The first one I did no problem, but the second return would not allow me to change it. When I got back up to the desk I told KATIE that I only got one to work and will have to take the other to Staples. She asked if she could look at my phone. She had it fixed and both returns completed in 3 minutes or less! GREAT SERVICE KATIE!!!
