- CLcharese lois4 days ago5.0The service that I received was so friendly and positive, when I was a neveous reck after just being on FaceTime with my daughter who just started college at UMass Boston, and she was hysterically informing me that her school was swarmed NY poli e and swatt and on lock down due to a shooting threat. I was frozen in fear walking into ups and getting that call, and the ups employee could never know how his kindness and smile in that moment brought a quick moment of calmness over me. Which allowed me to breath for myself and my daughter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my UMASS Beacon!!!!!
