  This location is a total RIPOFF!!! Brought in a package and they wanted to charge me $78 to ship it, took the same package to another location and they charged me $35 to ship. They made the excuse that it cost more to ship on Friday because the product sits around the warehouse on the weekend. NEVER SHIP FROM THIS LOCATION!!! This location should be shut down!!!

  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOCUSED SERVICE! The staff at this UPS Store location work very hard to assist customers with their packing and package needs or print requests quickly, respectfully and with a pleasant attitude. I had a very large package to return to the company I ordered from and came in to ask for a cart to bring the item in the store. One of the young gentleman staff members promptly grabbed a cart for me then offered to help me load it on the cart as he could see I was disabled and having a hard time walking. I kindly accepted his help. He then proceeded to take the large package out of the trunk of my car and stated how light it was and walked it in the store as I pushed the cart. I presented him my return label, he taped it on the package, scanned it and handed the receipt to me for my records and the transaction was done in less than three minutes. He was so kind, helpful and pleasant, it REALLY made an impression on me and made a stressful day much more pleasant and a bit easier for me. That gentleman (wished I would have asked his name) really set the tone for my happiness throughout the day. I will most certainly handle all of my UPS related business there from now on. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!
