    Only ups I’ve been to that charges to print a label $2.60 … that’s not nothing. Crazy store. Don’t advise using them

    This UPS location is hands down one of the best in the area. Every time I visit for a drop off, the employees always make me feel welcomed. The store is clean and everyone seems like they enjoy working here. I've been going to this location for over 4 years now. The location is easy to get to with plenty of parking spots. People are working fast and effective. Chelsea is one of the best employees. She always greets customers with a big smile and a positive attitude. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe that a business as quick and high traffic like post offices, shipping companies, etc. tend to make people feel stressed since everyone just wants to drop the packages off and leave as fast as possible. Of course there are a few incidents that things go not so well, but as a long time customer--I have absolutely no notes. I pray that they are here to stay because we need a place as simple as a shipping "spot" that makes us feel like home. Thank you for your hard work and know that you are all appreciated.

    Wanted to leave a review for a great experience I had at this store. I came almost at closing due to an event just finishing up and had a lot of heavy and awkward packages to ship. From the beginning the two ladies there were extremely helpful and accomodating.As they assisted other customers they didnt make me feel rushed or that I was a hastle. I needed to ship in a very complicated manner and they were patient and understanding the entire time even helped me repackage some items. Before I entered the store the UPS truck drivers who were picking up even helped me out and made sure I got in okay while talking to me and being super friendly. A situation that could have been stressful for me and annoying for them since they were closing was a great time because of how they handled it. Would highly recommend using this store for any of your shipping needs. Patience and a smile goes along ways!!! God Bless you!

    DO NOT GO HERE. THEY BROKE & RIPPED MY LUGGAGES. I PAID OVER 435 DOLLARS. I BOUGHT INSURANCE THEY ISSUED THE REFUND CHECK AND IT WENT TO ANOTHER ADRESS IN A A DIFFERENT STATE???!? I CALLED SPOKE WITH BIANCA ON THE 14th or 15th SHE DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND SAID SHE WILL CALL ME BACK WITH AN UPDATE BUT SHE WILL SEE IF THEY CAN VOID AND RESEND. SHE STATED I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT A FEW WEEKS, I HAD TO REACH OUT AGAIN TODAY MAY 1st AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE I WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL BEFORE APRIL 19TH EVEN WHEN I DID, SHE YELLED AT ME AND CONTINUE INTERRUPT AS I CONTINUED TRYING TO COMUNICANTE IF SHE CAN EMAIL THOSE DOCUMENTS I WAS GOING TO SPEAK TO MY BANK. Please save your time, money, & energy and stay away before they make their error into your issue. Good afternoon, Thank you! I have lived in Fort Worth for 2 years. I moved here in 2022. I had items shipped to the address in California. That is not my resident address. I was told by the young man who set up my shipping labels to enter the same address I’m shipping my items to make the process easier. claims group confirm that was my address by the documentation that may have been provided by the UPS store staff because I never received a call. I document all my calls including missed calls. Thank you for being able to provide more information about this issue and resolving this issue. Thank you for reaching out with updates on the claim.     Blank stares from the 2 female employees when I walked in with a package to ship. No greeting, no “can I help you,” nothing. I, the customer, spoke first. The girl that helped me was nice enough after I greeted her first. Got the job done. I’ll probably be back because it’s in a convenient location, but not sure why the lack of service. I even walk with a cane and was struggling to carry the box and no offer to help, put it on the counter, no words at all. I was also the only customer in the store at the time. Strange experience.
