  Violet was great. She made shipping a bunch of stuff across the country after our trade show very easy. Usually it’s a real pain bringing all of our marketing material to get shipped back home but she took care of the stuff we normally have to do and made our experience a 5-star

  At first I thought it’s nice we have a local downtown UPS. But today has I forgotten the first time i came, in addition to being in a part of Santa Rosa where you have to pay for parking ( you better or $30+ticket!), i was shocked to find out it cost money to print out a UPS generated return label! (?). I refused first time, so forgot about it. This second time, I paid the $2.00 +.22 tax (!) simply out of convenience. It will also make me remember, hard wire me, to go to another location that does not charge for UPS generated return label, like the one on college Avenue, definitely does not charge. I asked if this was policy at all ups, but the girl at 300 Bst location said she did not know. Well i went to found out, called around, it’s Not. It’s just their business decision to charge.

  10/10 employee Jesus went above and beyond multitasking several tasks while being quick and efficient. I was amazed by his work ethic and love for people so I want to give their hard working employee a shout out for making another customers day a great day.

  Super helpful when preparing wine for air travel. Location worked great for us to explore Santa Rosa as we waited for our flight
