    I love visiting this particular UPS Store (#7399 in Austin, TX). The entire staff is always friendly and professional, but Maedzy truly stands out. Her customer service is on another level! She’s incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and even guides me through technology and processes I’m not familiar with. Maedzy is not only professional but also genuinely kind and dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly. She always goes above and beyond to help. This store is lucky to have her. She definitely deserves recognition (and a promotion!).
