  I just visited the new UPS Store in Washington Township on 9/11/25 around 7pm and was so impressed! Not only is the location convenient, but the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My printer wasn’t working, so I asked the gentleman if he could kindly print my label. At other stores, I’ve always been charged a dollar, but the gentleman here was so kind and didn’t charge me at all. Such a small gesture, but it really shows the excellent customer service they provide. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Fantastic having a UPS location in our town plaza very friendly and attentive workers. Their hours are perfect. We’ve been needing this for a long time.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to make sure my package was packed securely. The process was quick, and they explained the shipping options clearly so I could choose the best one. I’ll definitely be using this location again for all my shipping needs.
