  The lady this morning was unfriendly, no smile no hello, emotionless and really needs customer service training. UPS really need to vet these employees. This one acted like I should know what the details of shipping when she is the one working the store. Good grief people now days.

  I was just there and Arianna went above and beyond to help me. I originally wasn't there for help. I was at Safeway to shop. However, I was standing by waiting on someone else when she simy asked if I was waiting on her? I said no at first, but then proceeded to ask her a question. Arianna, told me that she thought she could help me. She looked into it and was able to! Arianna totally hooked me up.

  Closed three hours early with no indication they would be doing so on the one day a week I am able to get here to retrieve my packages. Will need to take business elsewhere if they're not going to be open posted hours.
