  This location (store 7081) is convenient to my home, so we're there a lot. They have some of the friendliest staff I've seen. I'm always met with a smile, no matter how many amazon returns I bring in.

  love having this store right in our back yard, super convenient, all the associates are kind and so patient esp when I walk in with multiple returns in my arms:) i’ve even used their notary service, easy, quick and painless. five stars, all around!

  I have been a frequent customer of this UPS Store since moving to Florida four years ago, and I can confidently say that I have never experienced this level of outstanding service at any shipping location. As someone who regularly spends a significant amount on shipping, I truly appreciate the exceptional care and professionalism demonstrated here. The owner has clearly built a team she values and supports, and it shows. The staff not only provide excellent service, but they have created a warm and welcoming environment where customers are treated like family. Their teamwork, positive attitude, and genuine enjoyment of their work make this location stand out in a truly inspiring way.

  Awesome service and convenient locations. Associates are very helpful and friendly! This is our “go to” place for shipping and office services. Would highly reccomend.

  This is the best store in all of Florida. The staff always greet you with a smile and are extremely helpful. If you have a shipping problem, they will solve it for you. Their suggestions are invaluable. Even if you live in Orlando, come to this 10-star store
