Horrible UPS store if you ship something from here there's a chance it's not going to get packed up and shipped worker claimed to know what he's doing but left a package behind.

I purchased 250 business cards that would have cost me around $30. I was told that there was a $20 rush fee . I paid around $50 for 250 business cards. The cards were printed on regular printer paper. The cards are very thin and abnormally large for a business card. I can’t return them so I’ll have to keep them, but I will no longer be using their services again.

Unfortunately, I can't give this a lower score. I can also say that I would NEVER RECOMMEND using them to ship your packages. I like many of you have seen the ads/commercials for the Pack and Ship Guarantee they offer, so thinking it was a safe bet to have them pack and ship something. I decided to spend the extra money to have them do everything for me. However, I couldn't have been more disappointed...The package arrived damaged, the box and packing itself they used were awful. I literally spent almost $150 on the packing and shipping through them and all they put was a layer of bubble wrap on it! Like what? This is a "professional" packing and shipping company and they protect my package with a layer of bubble wrap?! So, what did I do? What any of us would do... try to get that store to stand behind their Pack and Ship Guarantee... However, again I'm the one disappointed and at a loss, I took it step by step. I documented everything, including photos, receipts, and sent it in. They then wanted me to spend money out of my own pocket again to get a "repair estimate" on it, at the promise that they will reimburse you up to $100. However, not only have they NOT done that after I sent that in, they still denied my claim, I then go through the store and even try to get in touch with the owner! The owner or someone named "JS" basically told me they are not at fault. HAHAHA, THEIR PACK AND SHIP IS A SCAM! Don't use them or you basically lose out and then get treated like you aren't the victim.
