    If I could leave no stars I would. Completely rude customer service by one of the young employees there. I was doing an Amazon return. They directed me to a self service scanner. I had never used the machine and she had no interest in showing me what to do. Only to sit there and chastise me I kept on explaining how do I know which item is which I ordered two wreaths and I was returning both of them very similar in description and design. I only wanted to make sure that I placed the right return label on the item The employee kept on saying, how am I supposed to know which one is which instead of helping me discern the issue. a customer ended up helping me due to the customer no service and rudeness of this employee

    I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this UPS location due to an employee named Shaqueeta. Upon entering the store, I was completely ignored for nearly two minutes—despite speaking when I came in by thanking the person who held the door open for me. When she finally did speak, she said, “I’ll be with you once I’m done,” in a flat, dismissive tone that made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Her “nice-nasty” attitude was unprofessional, and it set a terrible tone for the entire interaction. As someone who goes out of their way to be polite and respectful, I expect at least basic courtesy in return. Customer service should never feel like a burden, and no one should feel unwelcome or disrespected for simply walking into a store. UPS, please do better in training staff to uphold professionalism and decency, even on tough days. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected and that should never be the case when seeking basic services.

    Exceptional service. The manager, Lisa was super helpful! This might be the best UPS Store I’ve ever visited and it’s all because of Lisa!

    Great notary but call ahead for her hours. Also good people working there, helpful and the location is easy for parking and less crowded than most.
