  This UPS Store is such a refreshing change compared to other locations. The owners here are genuinely friendly and welcoming, not rude or annoyed like I’ve often experienced elsewhere. The location is perfect and super convenient; before this store opened, I had to drive all the way to Powell or Polaris, and the one inside Staples had already closed. I really appreciate having this spot nearby. I just hope they keep the same great attitude even when things get busier, because it truly sets them apart!

  Absolutely love this store!!!! As a small business I can relay on the team at the location to handle any questions and shipping questions I have had. Quick drop off also! And an easy drop off as there are two spots for 15min drop off in front.

  I’m from Florida moved here a few months ago, I go to ups store almost every month if not more. Most of my returns for Amazon are done at the ups store, but this specific ups store in Lewis center OH deserves more than 5 stars. The employees are super friendly, customer service trained and the store is very clean. One happy customer here. BRAVO!!!!
