Horrible customer service! They refuse to take items where the return instructions specifically say to take to a UPS store and no package needed. I've been multiple times and will now drive out of my way to avoid this location. The lady was always nice for my shipping needs but the male is VERY rude.

OM completely helped us out. We came in needing everything and he didnt let us down. We weren't prepared at all and the level of helpfulness he gave us...was beyond. Promote him to manager. He deserves it

Do not use UPS to ship your packages!
I shipped something that had to be at the destination by Saturday and so I shipped it Overnight - and was told it would be there. It didn’t arrive until Monday and the person I shipped it to had already left so it had to be shipped back to me.
I filed a claim which took an extraordinary amount of my time by the time I reached actual people. After several weeks I got a call saying my claim check was at the UPS store in Eastgate where I shipped it from originally.
I picked it up today and the check amount was almost $30 less than what I had paid to ship the package. The person in the store could not explain the difference and could have cared less!
I will not ship from UPS ever again!!! This is not the first time we have had issues with them! Their customer service is non existent!!!
I saw the reply from the UPS Store - but it doesn't appear that they read my complaint. The claim was already filed - yet I received only 70% back of what I paid initially. That is my problem with the situation.

Avoid this store at all costs very rude plus they will triple charge you . Go to the one in Eastgate. They are much more knowledgeable

Very kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I recently needed to ship dishes to a location a few hours away and they made it so easy!!
