Crystal scanned my 2 packages and gave me a tracking number only for the fashion nova package and for the Amazon 1 she just scanned it. On my account it shows the package was never dropped off I called the UPS Store and they said they need the tracking number which I never got from them. I know it was stupid to not ask for it but I thought once they scanned the QR code it was all they needed. So my package its lost it shows I never dropped off , UPS don't know where it is i won't get my refund back😔 thanks to Crystal who couldn't do her job right for trying to help the line that was waiting for lack of staff. Very disorganized!!
