  I came to this UPS Store to drop off one package and purchase shipping labels for several others (5 packages total). The cashier, Pranathi, was shockingly unprofessional and rude. When I asked to use their tape measurer and scale so I could purchase one of my drop-off labels online, she flat out refused, saying their tools were only for “customers purchasing labels” — completely ignoring the fact that I was literally about to buy labels right there in the store for other boxes and drop everything off at her location. Instead of showing basic courtesy and customer service, she made me feel like an inconvenience. This is a UPS Store — people come here to ship packages, not to be gatekept over a scale and a tape measurer. I ended up leaving and going to another UPS Store in Mira Mesa, where I was treated with professionalism, respect, and common decency. That’s where I’ll take my business from now on. If you value good service, skip this location entirely. There are plenty of other UPS Stores and shipping centers that actually understand what customer service means.
