  What a horrible experience! Ask for print took to long and then got charged for color for black and white copy’s. The associate looked at my pdf and seen they were in back and white. Because I was was getting color copy’s of pictures. When she asked if I wanted them in color I said yes not the hold packet of nothing but black and white copy’s. Then when I asked they were rude it was an obvious price gouge. I seen here reviewing the document she knew better. Not kind not helpful.
