  The young lady with glasses and short hair was very polite and helpful to explain and guide for returns. Very good customer service. Plus this was open on a Sunday with decent working hours. Highly recommend.

  $1.59 for tape and you don't even keep the roll. I cant wait until UPS loses whatever Amazon contract they have.

  I dropped off some returns today. One of my packages had a loose end, and I requested that the employee tape it off a bit. The employee said I had to buy packaging tape and that they wouldn't tape it for me. I was surprised to hear that response, as I had never had an issue with such a thing at any other UPS location. How much does a foot of packaging tape cost? Maybe half a penny? The place is just being cheap by not offering any help with taping a small package. A few times, I saw the store being run by just one employee (mostly on Sundays, I believe) and having a big line at the checkout. Another time, a young girl didn't let me ship an item with the brown product package. She insisted that I buy shipping material from them and repack it. I blame the franchise owner for the poor customer service, and I think the owner is focusing more on profitability than on customer service. I recommend the UPS store at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center over this location.

  Wow! Mark is the ABSOLUTE BEST Mgr ever. Not just at UPS but ever! He unscramble some paperwork challenges I was dealing with and we got to the bottom of it fast. He was patient with me and very engaging and it just seems like the other employee Abdul was very comfortable being under him as well and customers seem to be very engaging with this Troop. Thank you so much... I made the right decision on staying here in letting this be my office and packaging store for our company. As a professional singer with some fame we are very picky. Thank you Mark!!!!
