  If I could give a TEN STAR in this review, I would do it in a heartbeat. I printed a poster board at this UPS location for my son’s first birthday. Ali and Eric were so helpful with the process. I just send the pdf file to them with the size that I wanted. It arrived a week earlier than anticipated and it was in perfect condition. There was also an extra package protection so the board could be transported easily at the birthday location. My vision came to life. This welcome sign was heavily complimented by our guests and made the whole aesthetic of the party cohesive. Thank you Ali and Eric once again for helping me make my son’s first birthday memorable. I will definitely print more posters for my family’s future events.

  Guy at the counter works his butt off to provide stellar service, sometimes even handling 2 lines at once. Never complains or shrugs off customers' needs. Always super helpful whenever I come in. This is my go-to UPS and that worker is elite. Def recommend!

  The UPS Store on Auto Park Way in Escondido is AAAAA+++++ family-owned franchise store. Been a customer since they opened and in 3rd year of renting a personal mail box so I’m using their services regularly & watching how fast they take care of other customers. I’ve used package drop off & pick ups, notary, shredding and bought supplies. Ali the Mgr and Eric the Asst Mgr are ALWAYS helpful, courteous and professional and work fast to get everyone taken care of quickly. Employees Luis & Jasmin are always helpful as are the other family members who support the store. Highly recommend!

  It was my first time having to use a notary service and Eric made it super easy and was so helpful. The store got busy but he was very patient and did his best to help everyone. I will definitely come back if needed!
