Every time I go in here, the customer service is the best. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. I have used this store for Amazon returns, notary services, and printing and shipping services. Each time the employees went above and beyond to help me.

I went to this store on 20 October 2025, Customer service was amazing! Even though i got the 6 minutes before they closed, they never once rushed me or looked like they were in a rush.

Customer service was unhelpful in my situation my order was being tracked and the first tracking ticket said it had left the center at 9:45 am on the way to me the first siting of a ups truck was around 4pm I waited all day outside when I saw the truck I followed the truck driver from one parking lot to the other from which was my parking lot I watch him get out and deliver for the second time he returned to his truck and never came to my building . They said my Apt number wasn't on there but my phone number was I waited again due to the fact maybe he might be coming back around, nope he didn't so I called ups and my wait time was suppose to be 25 mins instead it was 1:18 mins no answer so I tracked my package again it stated that it had been returned to Ramsey St due to an issue with my address so I went in my choice and stated what my issue was and I changed it to pick up with my address in the comments, no response, by this time it's about 6pm I'm thinking that I could just pick it up before they closed. I tracked my package one more time it went from Ramsey on the ticket back to hopemills to be returned to the sender. I won't receive my package until next week. I call customer service again and my wait time was suppose to be 16 mins it took about 25 to 30 mins the rep was no help in getting my package held because she telling me that it had been returned already but 7:01 pm which is impossible because the sender is in Wilmington NC , I'm in Fayetteville unless it was flown. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep said there wasnt a supervisor available to talk to me at that time so she would have one call me this morning but I never received a call. I call UPS 9/27/25 at 11:30 am after waiting this morning for a call I never receive so ask to speak to a supervisor again and I did this time but the same answers came from her, I asked why I was contacted since my number was on the package and I had went in my choice and ask to pick it up. Supervisor stated the drivers don't have away to contact the customer, but you have a gps system but not company phones to communicate with the customer that is ridiculous, when the package was return they had to see I had changed my option to pick up no call from them the drop off location. More than one person drop the ball and everybody is blaming the other but UPS is a delivery company you are suppose to go the extra mile to get packages to customers. I'm very disappointed that I stayed on the phone up til 11 pm last night. If it was a package that my life depended on I guess I would just suffer. I'm not done with this matter. Dissatisfied customer
