  They’re quite aggressively pushy at this location. They go out of their way to avoid me using the self-service drop-off for some reason.

  I've never had someone go out of their way to open a door for me on the way out of a store. I am also pregnant and appreciated that thoughtfulness so much. Thank you!

  Unbelievably positive experience with the staff every time I enter. I have never been to a store of a corporation this large and felt like I was a part of some exclusive high end countru club. UPS corporate needs to visit this place to see how unbelievably high they raise the bar here.

  I don’t often write reviews unless I have had either an amazing experience or a horrible experience. This experience was by far the best experience I have ever had in a UPS store. Greeted by someone holding the door for me I walked in with my return in hand. I forgot to tape it up so I asked if I could get a piece tape. The worker offered to tape it for me. Both workers who talked to me gave me the best experience. It was super quick and easy. Another note: while sitting in the parking lot I watched one of their workers walk out to someone’s car to help him unload his box. While the trunk of the car was opening, the worker make sure the trunk didn’t him the customers daughter head. (You never know who is watching 😉) This just goes to show how above and beyond these workers are all doing. It was so incredible to see all the kindness shown by the workers here at this UPS store.

  The staff here is absolutely incredible. The best customer service I’ve ever received at a UPS store, or any store for that matter. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with genuine excitement for visiting.. so kind during their interactions, and are SO nice to my kids too, offering little toys and things to take home. I have a store right by my house but will now drive out of my way 20 minutes to visit this store. They need to be recognized for gold standard customer service.
