  The male manager at this location is rude and unhelpful. The incompetence of this store is incredible. My business dropped off a wedding gown that was being shipped via next day air well before the daily cut off and stressed the importance of the package making it out on time. There was no movement on the package and when my team called this morning they said all packages had been picked up yesterday. My employee arrived at the physical store and found the package sitting behind the counter untouched. It will be this store's fault entirely if the gown no longer arrives in time for the bride. UNACCEPTABLE, do your job.

  I normally don't say anything unless there is something egregious, like the predatory practices I experienced at this location. Horrible service with unreasonable fees. They wanted to charge me $825 for storing my packages, 55 1.5lb packages, 8x6x4 each. When I complained I was told I can't get my packages back unless I pay. So they cut me a break if I pay $500 cash. $825 credit card or $500 cash at a UPS store? Really? If you are able, avoid this shop at all costs. Take your packages to a different location. And if you don't want to be charged unreasonable fees for deliveries this is not your location.
