  Sharon was amazing as always, greeted me the service I walked through the door. Was able to assist with my needs and explain other products/services I was interested in such as notary services. Stories always clean, the wait time is minimal. Keep doing what you're doing you're all amazing. Thank you so much

  They mislabeled my package. Sent an important package to Amazon in error. Denied the error for some time and final outcome was they unable to retrieve the package even though they knew the location it was delivered to. What good is a tracking number when you can’t retrieve the package. They never offered even a refund and I had to get life lock for the next few years costing me almost $300. Also I was present when a customer brought in a bag of papers to be shredded. They started shredding papers in front of her. She said I trust you and left. The employee then lifted top of shredder and just dumped all the papers in without shredding them. Think all they’re good for is returns to Amazon. Also Taquilla the manager who mislabeled the package was very rude and didn’t want to hear anything about. At least Claire tried to help but to no avail. Package was never returned.

  2 people in store working. 4 people in line one person waiting on customers. The other working on packaging 📦 would not leave packaging to wait on customers waiting 🙄

  The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. They do a great job even when they are busy. They always remain helpful, friendly and always have a smile on their face. So glad they opened this location. It was very much needed and is appreciated. Thank you!!
