- PBPhillip BurrisSep 12, 20251.0DO NOT USE THEM! I was charged $600 to have 2 people (one wasn't even a plumber) just LOOK at the problem. Didn't even do any work. I was then quoted a price and I agreed for them to execute the work. THEN I get an additional bill for their "service charge." And get this...$300 an hour to LOOK at the problem plus a service charge of $65 on their service charge. If you are looking to be taken advantage of, hit with exorbitant fees and stolen from, this is the company for you. If you only do business with ethical companies like my company, AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.
