  The Trophy Case produces great quality products, but at a price... I'm always impressed with the quality of the products. However, you can count on the lady at the front to be extremely rude. Every. Time. She rushes you while browsing, is sarcastic in conversation, has a cold and unwelcoming attitude, and makes you feel like she's doing YOU a favor by supporting HER business. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but based on these repeatedly poor and unprofessional interactions over the course of several years and dozens of orders, I will not be returning and would advise others to take their business somewhere it would be more appreciated and maybe greeted with a smile instead of sarcasm. Do better. Craftsmanship: 10/10 Customer Service and Friendliness: 5/10

  They have full customization engraving on plates and great service.

  I've dealt with these folks for over 10 years. They are good at what they do and provide a great service to the community. Jeff is always willing and able to help with any request within their capabilities. Glad to have them.
