  Going on to my 4 year of living in this community. This is the BEST experience ever. Vlad, Ada and Nick are all amazing people, overall a great team. I transferred from one unit to another with no issues but only heartfelt support and clear communication. The safety of the building is really good and so are the ones that are taking care of it. Thank you so much for doing great business! Can’t recommend enough, great location great ppl.

  The team at the Trax are phenomenal. My short stay there was very pleasant. They are very quick to respond, and address any issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move in. A big sincere shoutout to Ada, and Stacey for making my stay truly amazing!

  This is a maintenance review, Nick is a fantastic guy who used outside the box thinking to solve a water issue in our shower and was not satisfied until he found a solution. Displaying top notch understanding of his job and I could not be more pleased with his service. Nick man you’re a real one and I wish you all the best in life, thankful to have people like you in this world!!

  Lived in the building for 3 years. Landlord was very courteous and responsive. Amanda never asked to enter the apartment on quick demand, and they were available after hours.

  Our building manager has gone above and beyond for us. From get beginning, he has been prompt in answering all our questions, and provided us with great follow up when we had issues. When we first moved in, we had driven from BC and he made sure that we had the access and the proper codes to get into the building in the middle of the night. Throughout our stay at the Trax, he has been able to provide support from small issues such as electrical wiring, to large investigations into an unfortunate theft from the garage. He has made our stay at the Trax very easy, and the building is extremely convenient location to live in. Would recommend to anyone who wants a modern, brand new, well located apartment in Edmonton!
