  The elevators were great for being things inside! The only thing wrong is that no air on the elevators or the hallways. Stuffy maybe is what I mean to say.

  Tarnhill Apartments are the best value in Bloomington. The apartments are nicely updated, the common areas are attractive and clean, the amenities are awesome and the staff are welcoming and supportive.
