I placed an order a month ago and paid $57 for priority mail express which is about double what it should cost and I am yet to receive any info regarding the shipment. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and received no response. This is absolutely unacceptable and at the very least theft. The comment below mine is experiencing the same thing which indicates to me that this is a common occurrence - Ill be getting the police involved because I dont know what else to do at this point they cant continue to steal from people they need shut down.

I received initial shipping information (tracking) but still, to this day, says USPS has not received the product from The Supply Joint. I would not recommend ordering from them. Had I received a response and someone attempted to correct the situation, it would be fine, mistakes happen, but the radio silence to my requests speaks volumes. This was the first time I had ordered from this company, and it goes without saying, that I will not be ordering again. Save yourself the time and frustration and find another vendor.
