    Reply from Super Plumber mentioned something about confusion and they will call me!!!!! Absolutely No Confusion! Their Plumber tried to rip me off - if you can call this Confusion!!! Please read below: Wow!! I was quoted over $3530 at first. Then the person said the customer service wants to give me discount!!( An employee discount????😀😀) The second quote was about $3200 - hst included. I was told that laundry box installation will cost about $600. I do not know whether or not this was included in the quote. Funny part is that I was asked if the false ceiling boards in the basement were to be put back by them. If so, it will be extra. Putting back 3-4 very light foam boards takes less than a minute! I am surprised that I was not asked if I was going to clean up myself after the job was done! The quote was laughable. It was an insult to my intelligence. Maybe the person assumed I am stupid and ignorant (I am a senior citizen) Check CTV and CBC shows where they show how Seniors are ripped off by such companies. I got the job done for $1350( Hst+parts and labor included!!) by ANOTHER COMPANY and it included laundry box along with hot and cold water lines and drainage - complete new setup. Two plumbers came to do the job and left the place all cleaned up . Owner came at 3 PM. His plumber employee came at 3.45 PM. They finished the job at 5.30 PM.

    Very prompt weekend plumbing emergency service. Good triage work by the dispatcher. Michael F, who arrived within two hours and actually did the work, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a good job of reviewing our options.

    Thank u super plumber and Boonstra I saved a ton of money being a plan member and they were quick and I was able to have my water restored quickly . I highly recommend 110 percent only company that was able to come to my emergency the quickest. Thank u
