The Sundance® Spa Store has grown from one store opened in Burlington, Ontario over 20 years ago, into six stores serving customers across Niagara and the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area – We have locations in St. Catharines, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Vaughan. All six of our locations are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, excluding holidays.

The staff were very helpful in letting me try different hot tubs, and were very supportive during the preparation phase where I had to get permits and so on. They connected me with other tradesmen to help with getting a proper foundation and possible deck work and so on. They had good follow-through care as well. I’m sitting in it and looking at the stars as I write this.

The most impressive feature is the minimal maintenance, it requires very little chlorine or adjustment to the water balance. The water stays fresh and clear due to the circulating pump. Highly recommend.

From the sale with Rob and the great installation by their crew it could not of gone any easier. This was our first hot tub and anytime we've had any questions they were always ready to help. I thank my friend Shawn in recommending Sundance Spa to me and I will also recommend them to others in the future. Nice to see businesses out there that are still interested in customer service.
