  We just took ownership of our new swim spa. We have had a optima hot tub since 2011 and have had zero issues. When we heard sundance was doing swim spas we decided to upgrade. The service Scott and the team has given, include the post install calls. Shows the service we have seen from them over the past 15 years.

  We just got a new Sundance 780 Series Chelsee Hot Tub delivered and setup in our backyard a month back, in April 2025. Jason from Sundance Mississauga Heartland Store was our Primary Contact. We were referred to Jason by a good friend who had bought Sundance 780 Bristol about 5 years back and she was highly pleased with her hot tub and with Jason, who has been her Primary Contact all these years. Like our friend, our experience with Jason from Initial Visit in Dec 2024 to sealing of sale and coordination of delivery and setup in April 2025, was a real pleasure. Jason is a top-notch Professional and extremely helpful. He even took time to visit a store with us to check out a Gazebo in which we had to place hot tub, as the gazebo is extremely tight. But, with Jason’s reassurance and diligence, it all worked out well. We did have opportunity to interact with a couple of other Sundance Store staff too when Jason was off – Sue, Mark, and Brian, in particular, over phone, in 1st week after hot tub setup, for guidance, and they were all extremely helpful. We have used our new hot tub a number of times over last month and our whole family loves it. Thank you Jason and the whole Sundance team!

  Robert K was able to provide me TOP NOTCH service. After wanting a hot tub for almost 15 years, Robert made the process easy and convenient. He walked me through everything step by step even when I was being needy and a pain the rear! In all my years of sales and customer service, I haven’t come across someone who is as devoted to customer service as Robert K If you’re in the market for a tub, be sure to call and ask for Robert.. he really can make the dream of owning a spa come true.
