The Sundance® Spa Store has grown from one store opened in Burlington, Ontario over 20 years ago, into six stores serving customers across Niagara and the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area – We have locations in St. Catharines, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Vaughan. All six of our locations are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, excluding holidays.

Especially because of where I bought it. The customer service has been outstanding; everyone is incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Brian for his patience and for guiding me through the process. - DMDale McCluskeySep 27, 20253.0I’m giving them a 3 only because of Tony the sales guy. I’d wouldn’t give them that otherwise. Had a leak, so called Repairman couldn’t find the leak which he clearly seen the water around the bottom of the “Brand New Tub” After aggressively taking the side panels off to take a look, the lame attempt at insulating the tub became obvious, needless to say, it’s virtually useless much like the repairman. Recently the leak seems to subside for no apparent reason. The other day I had 5 friends over in the 6 man tub, water rose to the middle of the headrest and the next morning I noticed the water on the concrete around the base of the tub. I discovered quite easily that it’s leaking from the headrest plug holes. Roughly drilled out and cheap plastic plugs inserted. I siliconed around them and the mystery is solved. The manufacturer should spend an additional $1.09 per tub.. and do the same. You certainly get what you pay for.! .
