  Wont even give odds over the phone anymore when they did the previous 15 times? Have to waste my time and call 3 different times to get somebody else on the phone that's willing to because some people are afraid of management saying they're not supposed to over the phone. Lol is a bunch of scared high school kids working down there or something? Whatever happened to the customer is always right? It takes 2 minutes to give somebody odds on the phone, not a minute longer, is your time more valuable than ours? Don't think so. And the main reason this sportsbook gets a 1-star from me, they shave the odds down on everything across the board nearly especially on Futures bets (to win a conference, a championship, or division etc). Which should be illegal. They do not offer the same odds either as the current sportsbook that they represent (at the moment its ESPN BET) and they used to do this with barstool as well when they were with them a few years ago. I will be writing the BBB on that soon. Here is an example, there are some screenshots attached to this review, between ESPN BET (the ones in green), versus this casino off their own website (the one in blue) NBA Future's current odds as of 04/18/25. Just compare them. Unless you want the New York Knick Botchers, there is zero reason to take these odds they offer compared to what THEIR OWN SPORTSBOOK THEY REPRESENT (ESPN BET) offers. And oh, ZERO PROMOS after all the money over the years. Cheapest casino in Illinois. Both for sportsbook and slots, neither have been giving me any promos when I've gambled a lot down there. Guess their tiny little sportsbook has to try and squeeze every dollar they can for that new casino they're building. As if they cant afford it... HA!

  The best thing about it is that there is no smoking in the building. I usually go there just to make a couple of bets on football games. The people in the sports book and really friendly and always wish me good luck. They are all very nice but one stands out. That one is Paul, he goes the extra mile to make sure I understand the odds and other things.
