  *Would like to update my review after receiving a follow up call to discuss everything. Appreciate the great customer service and doing whatever possible to make things right. Just moved to the area and looking for a new groomer for my 2 dogs. I am not happy with the haircut they received. I showed them a picture from my previous groomer and they look nothing like the picture. I was also told a completely different price when I scheduled the appointment.

  My Pomsky's first session evah! Went just amazing!!! My very timid "little-thang" had the time of her life! Truly exceptional results talk about bringing out their everything! Little-thang is still walking around the house strutting her stuff! She knows she looks damn good too! Great Job! Yes we'll be back! And we're bringin the whole gang!

  The staff is amazingly friendly and pleasant and always do a great job with my long-haired 85lb fur beast (who must be much more of a challenge than they let on). I’ve had high maintenance long-haired dogs for 20+ years so I have a little experience with other groomers, and I’m definitely sticking with this one.

  We love taking our dog Wilson to Spa and State and Holiday House. They treat him so great and he is always so handsome when he comes home. So glad we found them when we moved to the area a couple years ago.
