  As a hometown boy I've passed by the store for over 30 years and even though my elder family member shopped there for different types of shoes, I had resisted until I was to the point where I was now that guy. The man who needed the special attention and the special fit from professionals do not only know the shoes they are offeringbut knew how to make them fit properly perform for me. It's nice to shop somewhere where the owner has been the owner forever ... 35 some years, if I am correct ... and the staff has been there almost that long with him. Professional, personable and very polite. Something you don't find everywhere in today's world. If you have a need For special attention and correct fitting unavailable online or in the big boxes ... see the fine folks at the Shoe Horn, you will be glad you did.
