  After having shop at the Billings Bridge location for several years I had the occasion to take my 88 year old friend to the location on Merivale Avenue and the staff there were absolutely fantastic. I called from outside the store to let them know I had my 88 year-old friend wanting to come in to try a pair of Ugg slippers. Long story short right to the front of the line and they wound up ordering the slippers. The package arrived 4 days later they were too small we took them back they ordered the larger size and today they are the most comfortable warm slippers my friend in her Tender Years has ever had. People helping people. With love John.

  Always have a good experience. Value is good at times and average at others. Staff are always helpful but at busy times can be a little of a wait to get help.
