I usually enjoy shopping at THE SHOES COMPANY, but Iām disappointed with my recent experience regarding the rewards program.
On April 30, 2025, I purchased a $25 gift card and was supposed to receive 100 points. Instead, 100 points were deducted from my account, and I did not redeem any points during the transaction. I also noticed another 200 points had been removed from my account earlier without any explanation.
I contacted the store, and the manager was polite but said I had to deal with customer service. So far, the issue is still unresolved, and I have lost a total of 400 points.
I hope the company improves how it handles reward point issues and makes it easier for customers to resolve problems like this. Until then, Iām hesitant to recommend the rewards program.

The staff here went out of their way both on the phone when I called; and in store. 2nd time shopping at their Barrie Mapleview location and will return. ššššš
