  I will never shop online again! The shoe company is a joke! You order shoes then gets cancelled it’s appalling how many times that has happened to me. Even ordering online to this store is always an issue. None of their stock is ever updated according to what’s in store. I laughed the other day when I looked online to see what’s in store had I ordered a size 8 for my daughter in the winter boots it would have been cancelled. Online shows in store but when you go in store it’s not there. The shoe company needs to get their crap together.

  I dont know if their service is for selective customers, i used to go there a lot before and the staff was polite and always attended and ask if needed help but now their whole staff has changed, they are arrogant and rude and never attend unless run after asking for help, I would not go there again

  Poor customer service. When I go into a shop, is it appropriate that I am asked repeatedly for my email or phone number? When I refuse I should not be asked again and again. Also, they told me I would not get the deal but even though I didn't provide my information and I got the deal. What is happening? In addition to being lied to, the demeanor of the person serving us changes and we are no longer treated like everyone else!

  I have difficulty finding shoes that fit. I visited the Shaughnessy location in Calgary. There I was assisted by Isabelle, who went above and beyond to help. Thank you.
