  Horrible customer service needed to make an exchange (not even asking for my money back) , just a simple exchange to a different size and they wouldn't do it for us

  Yesterday, my husband and I arrived a bit early for supper, so we decided to browse a nearby shoe company . I found a pair of shoes I really liked and went to try them on. Unfortunately, my boot zipper got caught in the lining, and I couldn’t take it off — such a frustrating and awkward moment! A big thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful in trying to get me out of the situation. Their patience and friendliness really made a difference.
