Massive thanks to the amazing Aayush, top tier service. We were in the store not only Mon, but also Tues and Wed, trying desperately to find the right winter boots, Aayush’s patience and advice lead us to the right purchases and a great pair of shoes.
I am highly disappointed in my recent visit at this The Shoe Company location, located in CrossIron Mills Mall on Sunday, September 28th, around 1:11 PM. From the moment I walked in, the state of the store was appalling; it was disgustingly dirty, with boxes and shoes strewn all over the floor. The overall appearance suggested a complete lack of care and maintenance, which immediately set a negative tone for my shopping experience.
What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of assistance from the staff. It was nearly impossible to find an associate willing to help. In particular, I noticed an employee named Guneet who seemed to be actively avoiding customers. I saw Guneet ducking behind the racks, clearly uninterested in providing any service. When we finally managed to get the attention of Guneet and a cashier wearing a hijab to ask a simple question, they laughed at us. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful and disgusting.
The combination of the store's poor condition and the staff's dismissive attitude made for an awful experience. It’s clear that this location needs to address its cleanliness issues and provide serious training in customer service. Consider hiring people who actually care, before the store is shut down. The behavior of Guneet and the cashier was unacceptable, and I hope management takes steps to ensure that no other customers are treated this way. I will not be returning to this store and will be advising others to consider shopping elsewhere. If I could give a rating lower than 1 star; I would.

I don’t know which store it was exactly but it was the one near bass pro shops. There was one male employee named youseff who helped me out. We couldn’t find the right pair in store, but he helped me find it in another store in the mall, that one had amazing customer service too. It was one lady there who helped me, but I didn’t catch her name, kudos to her though!
HAYDEN at the checkout is really nice.

I walked into this location tonight at Cross Iron and the female employee did not greet us or say hello. She barely glanced at us and walked the other way. There was literally no one else in the store so it’s not like she was busy with another customer. As I was looking for shoes I found the perfect heels but again she never asked if we needed help or to say hello. This bothers me, if an employee can’t take the time to say a simple hello when a customer walks in, I will not be giving them my business. So even though I found the shoes I wanted, I left. I left and went right next door to the DSW, found the same pair of shoes and even though these ones were not on sale, I purchased them at the DSW instead, only because they have good customer service who actually greet and help you. You literally lost a sale today just because of your lack of customer service skills.
