  This store is absolutely terrible. Definitely won’t go back. 1 person ahead of me in line and took 20 minutes to get help. Yet two staff members at the till. They wouldn’t help a senior woman try on shoes and her son was left to do everything for her. Then refused a return for the customer ahead of me as the manager was off today so now he has to drive back. They have their friends hanging around the till and run back to talk to them as soon as they finish a sale while other customers are still waiting for help. Had my sons shoes rip a hole while in the mall and I asked them to through them into the garbage and as I was walking out they are going off about donating them. Walked back in and took the shoes back and put them into the garbage where they should be. Imagine getting that donation as a child - shoes that are unwearable…. Do better !

  The Shoe Company does not offer many sizes for people that need smaller shoe sizes. I need a size 5 and a half and they barely have that at all for adults. There aren't many cute, stylish, or practical options to pick from when it comes to finding my size and that makes it disappointing and saddening. If they had more options to look at, I likely would be willing to come back. But I won't come back here knowing that they don't have options for people, like me, needing a smaller shoe size.

  Service? What service? I tried on about ten pairs of shoes and wasn’t even acknowledged by the employees. I will be buying elsewhere.

  Bought shoe for my kid- He started feeling heel pain- After 5 days went there to return the shoes-Refused to return saying v only return unworn shoes- without using how you know about any stuff- big joke-Fraud business

  Basically the business displays the different shoes on the top of display cabinets. What they have for stock is stacked underneath. If your size is not there you can order online and pickup when it arrives. Only two sales people on duty.
