We bought multiple pairs of shoes a few days ago.
My mom called in and got a pair of shoes put on hold. Although it did not show the size was in stock, the lady checked the back for her and found the last pair our size and colour ready for us to pick up the next day.  The staff handled our situation well with an error my mom and I made with an online purchase. Kind and accommodating staff, will buy from them again!

Terrible experience, very disrespectful service.
Just avoid this place.
I bought two pairs of shoes and asked clearly about the return policy before purchasing. They told me I had 60 days. After just 10 days, I went back because I realized I didn’t really need them.
The so-called manager refused my return, claiming there were “rocks under the shoes.” That was ridiculous . The shoes were never even opened after purchase. I even asked if he could at least give me store credit or let me exchange for another size, but he just stayed calm and repeated “sorry.” It felt like he was trained to avoid responsibility while keeping customers’ money.
The most shocking part? When I left the shoes on the counter and stepped outside for a minute, out of frustration I came back to take my boxes and leave with them. I see he had already labeled them to put back on the shelf for resale while still refusing to take them back!
This was extremely disrespectful and frustrating. Everything is overpriced here, and their so-called “return policy” is just a trick to turn customers down. Very shameful behavior for a business in Park Royal.
Avoid this place. you’ll regret spending a dollar here.

I visited your store on Wednesday at 5:20 PM, looking for a specific shoe in a different size. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing customer service experience.
Two staff members ignored me completely, and the one person who finally responded — an Indian gentleman — told me dismissively, “It is what it is,” when I asked about checking online stock. When I insisted, he said “one minute,” but then went to take out the garbage and left the store with us still waiting.
The store was still open and not closing until 7 PM, but I felt completely disregarded.
Is this really what you call customer service?
I purchased a pair of shoes from The Shoe Company in-store. I was told by the salesperson that I could return the shoes within 60 days, without any mention that wearing them would make them non-returnable. I wore them for one day, found them too tight, and attempted to return them the next day, but was refused. This seems misleading as I was not informed of the full return conditions. I believe this violates fair business practices and would like to file a complaint.
