  Was there today to shop for my 8 year old. The sales associate A.K was very helpful. He told the different types of markings and materials of kids shoes and helped us picking a pair that is comfortable and non-slippery.

  I had a great experience in this store today! Fellow at the till was very helpful and pleasant. Assistant manager fellow was also super easy and pleasant to deal with. We were a tad picky about a set of Birkenstocks we were purchasing for my daughter and they gladly brought out like 4 or five sets to Look at. After reading some of the other reviews I had to chime up about my experience. The two gents I dealt with on August 18th 2025 were top shelf 👍👍 thanks guys! Appreciate your help 🤙

  Great sales on boxing day. We bought a few pairs of sketchers at additional 40% off. Bad customer experience. A small bottle of sanitizer was not pumpable and was offered at the casher's desk. A box of wipes was placed next to the sanitizer. Customer who tried to use the wipe was told that those are for wiping the shoes not hands. Cashier was very inpatient and held a poker face throughout the entire checkout process. I like the Shoe Company but will try to visit the other location next time.
