  Decent selection, but customer service could be improved. I purchased some loafers that had a damaged box and no lid on the box. I wasn't given a replacement box OR offered a bag. I usually bring reusable bags shopping but I'd forgotten them. I would have gladly paid the $0.20 or whatever they charge for a bag, but the option wasn't even offered to me. This was inconvenient as I had other shopping to do and had to carry around an open box of shoes.

  Went to this place in the middle of a work day and there wasn’t anyone else in here. Both employees were working on moving boxes and not interested in acknowledging their one customer. They seemed irritated that I was in their way and I had to move around them, still with no acknowledgment. I considered buying something but decided not to since the employees were rude and dismissive. I’ll go somewhere else or buy online.

  They have good sales from time to time, however the workers there aren’t very pleasant and don’t explain things well when I needed help or when something went wrong. It makes it difficult to even buy something, especially when their manager seems to never be there

  Cashier kept insisting she wanted to check to see if the shoes fit...I told her 3 times.."I have them on...they f.!!!". She wanted to refuse my payment for the shoes is she could not check if they fit... I had to say if you are refusing payment...I am walking
