What a rough experience.
(This isn’t a reflection of the staff, they were polite & doing their best while understaffed and with systems that seem clunky)
The store was very busy & no less than 6 people approached me asking if I worked there - clearly more help is needed.
Very very few shoe selections are available for size 9 women’s or larger - maybe 25% of shoes had size 9 or 10 which was disappointing
I had gotten an online ad for a $10 discount if you sign up for their rewards system, so I had - it wasn’t clear this was only for online orders, so at the check out the cashier helped me figure that out. I asked if I could order my shoes online, and then go home with them right away and they said this was fine.
I checked out online to use the discount, and then new staff at the front let me know that the order wouldn’t come through their side of the system for “a while” and couldn’t tell me if this would be a few minutes or hours - and generally staff didn’t seem confident what to do or what to tell me we should do, so I left and came back the next day.
Despite getting an email notification, my order still wasn’t packed and the shoes had been put back on the shelves - I was able to find them and staff helped with the pick up paperwork. I’m sure staff are doing their best with the systems they have to use, but this was quite a negative experience and totally not worth the hassle. Won’t be returning to a Shoe Company store again - the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired

Bought a pair of shoes and the sole started peeling up after two days. Tried to return them and all I could get was a store credit because I could have just "glued it". So don't bother buying shoes here because they don't care if their products are defective, you can't get a refund when they fall apart.
