  Same selection of men's casual shoes at every department store in Edmonton. Same dozen or so shoes. So sad. The rumners are all cheap and plastic. So I'll be wearing my ten year old Nikes to my grave. So sad.

  I came in to get a new pair of Uggs for myself as it’s been a few years. I didn’t know which style I wanted or what size I would need due to a permanent injury. There was an absolutely wonderful lady there who helped me through all of it her name was Rachel! Her customer service was wonderful and I left very happy! Will be back.

  I just walked in the store and the lady told me to get out because the sensors went off because of my leather bag I think and I literally just walked in , the discrimination hope she gets fired this happen on Wednesday October 29 at 12:25

  I had such a wonderful experience today! I didn’t catch the girl’s name, but I was looking for a new pair of runners for the gym, and the ladies who helped me were so kind and friendly.

  Went in to buy a pair of winter shoes and was at the till to pay. As I was preparing to pay the sales lady (green hair) asked for my phone number and I asked what it was for. They told me it was for an account with their promotions. I told them I was ok with not having an account and to proceed with the sale. Another sales lady at the till piped in and gave her sales pitch for it. After her pitch I told her I was ok I did not want it. She proceeds to say "oh that's ok we like selling things at full price as well" I don't know what I said or did to warrent that reaction from her here but she was completely rude. I was ready to walk out from there but the boots were the last in stock and I need them for work. I won't come here again. Hope The Shoe Company hires people who can take no without being so rude in the future
