  Bought shoes here twice, and both time the staff at the checkout gave me attitude and a hard time because I won't share my phone number. Its shoes....! Staff is getting upset and an attitude over my phone number on a shoe purchase, so silly. I don't want you to call or text me. Both times made the experience end on a very sour note. Will not be back. Plenty of other options in about a 5 min drive. Probably cheaper options for same shoes very very very close by. Stick to selling shoes and leave the data collection crap out of it.

  ⭐️ 0/10 – The Shoe Company is a complete disaster If I could rate this place in negative stars, I would. Walking into The Shoe Company felt less like shopping and more like walking into a nightmare run by clowns. The so-called “staff” — Manav, Prabhjot, and Kain — honestly deserve an award for being the most useless employees on planet Earth. Need help? Forget it. They’ll ignore you like you’re invisible. Ask a question? They’ll roll their eyes and act like you just ruined their day. Professionalism? Nonexistent. Customer service? Dead. It’s like they were competing to see who could treat customers the worst. Spoiler: they all tied for last place. The store itself was a wreck too — shoes scattered everywhere, sizes missing, and absolutely no effort put into making it look like a place of business. Honestly, I’ve seen garage sales run better than this. If you enjoy wasting your time, being disrespected, and leaving disappointed, then by all means, visit this circus. Otherwise, do yourself a favor: stay far, FAR away from The Shoe Company. This place is a perfect example of how a business should not be run. Total embarrassment.

  I'm here a lot. They have great shoes, but all those security tags on every single shoe and stuff hidden on the top shelves? It's kinda scary how much worse things have gotten here around the city :(
