  Had a wonderful expereince at this location. The cashier with the red hair ( I believe her name is Cassie...I tried to read the name tag so I hope I got the name correctly 🤞) she went above and beyond with a shoe order I had made. I had some issues regarding placing an online order and had to return the following day after work. I was concerned it did not go through, as I never recieved any confirmation email. She didn't hesitate and immediately contacted customer service, then double checked my account and gave me all the information which resolved my concerns with the order. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family!! This was by far the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Honestly hope management sees this review and gives her a raise! She has great potential, excellent problem solving skills, politeness and will leave many customers extremely happy 😊 Thank you!!

  This is my first time going and there this particular lady her name is Anna she attended to me ...she is so nice, patient and very helpful, my intention was to buy 1 sandal but i ended up buying 2 pairs of sandal because she gave me a good customer service!

  Poor service. Their systems are almost always down at this location and customers are unable to make any purchase or transactions. Also closes earlier than specified working hours on some days which is unclear. Leading to many disappointing trips.
