  These reviews of bad services make me question how truthful they are because I shopped here recently and had the most amazing experience ever. The lady at the front desk helped my nieces and nephews try on multiply sizes plus measure their feet. There was a gentleman that cashed us out was super quick and helpful. Will definitely be back!

  I’m writing this message out of genuine disappointment and in hopes that it reaches someone who cares about customer experience. I visited your store recently, looking forward to shopping—only to be met with incredibly rude and dismissive behavior from the girl working at the front desk. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but the way she treated me was beyond unprofessional. She seemed annoyed by basic questions, responded with an attitude, and made me feel completely unwelcome. This experience left a really bad impression, not just of that employee but of the entire store. I’ve always believed in supporting retail workers and being kind to staff, but I also believe respect should go both ways. I truly hope this isn’t the norm at your location, because your customers—and your brand—deserve better. Please look into this.   I do not know what time of the year people who did good review’s ( Dufferin mall location); to me it was a bad experience not just 1st time but even today when paying for the purchase we bought. Person/lady who is at the desk doesn’t know to give a smile back when a kid smile and her demeanour was rude that she didn’t even care customer’s.
